Shipping policy
**Currently only shipping within the United States. I hope to expand the list of countries I ship to in the future, so feel free to check back another time!**
Letter Mail
- Some orders, particularly smaller sticker orders, may be given the option to select "Untracked Stamped Letter Mail" at checkout. This just means I will use a stamp to ship your order with USPS and no tracking will be available to you. Due to the nature of untracked mail and errors made by the USPS being out of my control, I will not be accepting refunds for orders shipped with a stamp at this time. If you would like your order to be eligible for refunds, please select a tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.
Processing Time
- The time needed to fill a typical order varies from 1-3 days. This does not include wholesale orders. If you would like to inquire about a wholesale order, we can discuss a processing time estimate via email.
Estimated shipping times
- All shipping at this time is sent exclusively through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity.
- North America: 3-10 days
- Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Once your order is in the postal service's hands, I am not responsible for delays.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. If your package is missing but tracking shows it as "delivered," please reach out to your local USPS office.
Shipping address
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. If your address was not input accurately, I am not responsible for the cost of reshipment if your order gets sent back to my return address.
Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error. Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
