Autumnal Hand Painted Teabag Garland

A unique way to get your home ready for fall. This carefully crafted garland was meticulously made from used tea bags. I steeped them in clean mugs, and then removed them before drinking out of the mug. Then I hung them up to dry out for a day or two and then, using acrylic paints, I hand painted all eight bags each with different little fall themed illustrations like mushrooms, pumpkins, and acorns. I removed the tags and carefully attached the strings to a piece of twine, each about 3" apart. Since these strings are quite thin I used several knots when attaching each one, and a couple dots of glue, to make sure it stays in place. Regardless, please handle your delicate garland with great care. 

I liked the look of the longer tails of twine on the ends, but you are welcome to trim them if you prefer.

When shipped, the garland will be packed with small sheets of parchment between each tea bag to avoid paint sticking. It will be carefully folded and wrapped and easy for you to unfurl so you can hang it right away.

Due to the nature of the materials, this product will not be restocked. What you see in the pictures is the exact garland you will receive. This is a one-of-a-kind handmade piece of art that will never be available again. Make it yours!
